Kathleen Lynagh Designs is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kathleenynagh.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For all returns please contact our office to receive your authorization return number. No returns will be processed without this number. To return an item, please email info@kathleenlynagh.com with the word Return and the authorization return number in the subject line. Include your name, shipping address, the shipper’s tracking number, the name of the item being returned and ship date. The shipper pays for the return shipping costs.
We will only accept unworn, undamaged, full-price items purchased within 14 days on KathleenLynagh.com with the original packaging fully intact.
We do not accept returns on any special orders, custom orders, custom designs or SALE items.
Please use only a insured courier - UPS, USPS and retain your receipt if your package has been lost or damaged.
Kathleen Lynagh Designs is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Do not add the word jewelry on the outside of the shipping box.

Once the refund is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order (unless otherwise specified), and the refund in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted (if applicable).
Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
