Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Generally, orders take 2-3 business days to process from receipt of purchase. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Best to check your spam email box if you think you have not received your email receipt with the shipping information. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. 

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate Shipping. Their delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by the US Postal Service. Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from Product to Product. You will receive shipping details and tracking via email once your credit card payment has cleared.

We currently do not ship out of the USA.

While it is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place, deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders outside these hours will ship out the next assigned shipping day. Our shipping days are Monday and Wednesday of each week.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping only to the USA continent - excluding Puerto Rico.

Store Pickup: We do not support in store pickup.

Products: We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our products are accurately displayed on the website. However, photographs on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and information on the Website regarding size of products is included as a guide only. Variations between the photograph of a product and the actual product may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the product you are purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions and provide additional images, if requested. However, we will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our products displayed on the Website.
