For all returns please contact our office to receive an authorization number. No returns will be processed without this number. We will only accept unworn, undamaged, full-price items purchased within 14 days on KathleenLynagh.com with the original packaging fully intact.
We do not accept returns on any special orders, custom designs or SALE items.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the word Return and the order number in the subject line. The shipper pays for the return shipping costs. Pease be sure to use an insured courier - FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Kathleen Lynagh Designs is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Do not add the word jewelry on the outside of the shipping box.

Once the refund is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order (unless otherwise specified), and the refund in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
